About Joe MacAree
Before joining Pearn Kandola in 2006 Joe was formerly a senior HR manager with Bank of Ireland Group. During his time with the Bank of Ireland Group, which he joined in 1982, he has been Assessment and Recruitment Manager, Senior Selection and Development Consultant and most recently Head of Staffing & Selection.

Joe has contributed at the leading edge of HR strategy and development as the Bank of Ireland Group has developed over the past 20 years.
He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI). He has served on the PSI Board of Professional Conduct and the Professional Affairs Board. He was also a Founder member and Secretary of the PSI Interest Group in Work and Organisational Psychology.
