Ashley is a Principal Psychologist at Pearn Kandola and works with clients to deliver a broad range of services, including Development Centres, One-to-One Coaching, and Workshops. Her work with clients spans a broad range of sectors including government departments, media, legal, and healthcare.
Ashley has particular expertise in the field of LGBTQ+ inclusion. She works closely with organisations to support them in developing strategies regarding LGBTQ+ inclusion, and designs and delivers initiatives to help raise awareness of this topic and the role of allies. These initiatives include conducting inclusion reviews and delivering unconscious bias and inclusion training across the employee lifecycle.
Ashley started working with Pearn Kandola in 2012 as an intern during her university studies. Following the completion of her PhD she joined the team as a psychologist in 2020, bringing with her the extensive knowledge gained from undertaking research into the stereotypes of the careers of LGBTQ+ people and how identity interacts with career choices.
