About Clare
Clare is a Managing Psychologist at Pearn Kandola and delivers projects for clients across all three major offerings, Inclusive Recruitment, Inclusive Development, and Inclusive Cultures.
She is the in-house neurodiversity expert at Pearn Kandola and develops and delivers a large portion of the neurodiversity training and coaching offered, including webinars, group training sessions, and one-to-one coaching.
Clare has been with Pearn Kandola since 2022, bringing with her 12 years of experience as a Journalist at ITN, and 5 years as an Associate Coach at a neurodiversity coaching firm. She enjoys bringing her Communications expertise together with her psychology to help companies create fairer and more and supportive places to work. In addition to her consultancy work, Clare is responsible for a team of psychologists and for ensuring that a high standard of delivery is maintained.
