About Joshua

Joshua is our Accounts Assistant at Pearn Kandola. He oversees accounts payable and receivable operations, including processing and reconciling invoices, managing credit control, and producing financial reports. As the first point of contact for suppliers, Joshua excels at investigating and resolving queries with efficiency and professionalism.

Previously, Joshua has worked in finance departments across a number of industries, including renewable energy and healthcare. Whilst doing so, he continued his studies, working through progressive levels of Association of Accounting Technicians qualifications. Joshua is currently undertaking his Level 4 qualification and is enjoying applying new learnings to his current role at Pearn Kandola. In addition to his financial knowledge, Joshua has excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detail, both of which facilitate smooth and accurate accounting processes.

Joshua joined the team in 2024, bringing three years of experience as a Finance Assistant, along with three qualifications in accounting and another in business administration. He said it was the friendly environment and shared values that drew him to Pearn Kandola. Since joining, Joshua has become an integral part of the finance department and enjoys working with different teams across the business on a daily basis.
