Niki Manning

About Niki

Niki is the Resourcing Manager at Pearn Kandola. She is responsible for assigning resources and project teams to new client projects, ensuring they align with the required area of expertise. Furthermore, Niki manages our associate psychologists and provides direct support to our Senior Partner, Binna Kandola. She also manages all internal systems for planning, resourcing, and monitoring our work.

Previously, Niki has worked within a number of PA and secretarial roles and has therefore developed fantastic organisation, communication, and relationship management skills. She utilises her expertise to provide exceptional planning and resourcing support to clients, overseeing projects from start to finish and ensuring a high standard of service is maintained.

Niki joined the team in 1996 as a Project Co-ordinator and later became the Resourcing Manager. She has said that it is her enjoyment of and belief in the work Pearn Kandola does, along with the company culture and team, that have kept her here for nearly 30 years. Niki has worked on a huge number of client projects during her time at Pearn Kandola, including one of our largest projects to date with the Financial Times.
