About Stephan

Stephan is a Managing Psychologist at Pearn Kandola and delivers projects for clients across all three major offerings: Inclusive Assessment, Inclusive Development, and Inclusive Cultures. He is also a Chartered Psychologist, a member of the Division of Occupational Psychology of the British Psychological Society (BPS), and HCPC-registered.

The majority of Stephan’s work sits within Inclusive Development, which involves designing and delivering training for managers and senior leaders through Development Centres and one-to-one coaching, often for clients in the legal sector. His assessment work has been recognised by the BPS by winning the Assessment Practitioner of the Year award in 2008, as well as having his assessment work recognised by the Association of Graduate Recruiters.

Stephan has been with Pearn Kandola since 2000, bringing with him 6 years of experience as an Occupational Psychologist. In addition to his delivery work, Stephan is responsible for a team of business psychologists and for ensuring a high standard of delivery is maintained across the company.
