About Stuart Duff
Stuart also oversees the Inclusive Development projects that Pearn Kandola delivers. These projects include identifying and developing future leaders, coaching directors and executives, and running executive management development centres for clients across Europe, the US and Asia. Stuart has been with Pearn Kandola since 2000, bringing with him 10 years of experience as an Occupational Psychologist across a number of organisations, including 6 years at Deloitte. In addition, Stuart has twice won the British Psychological Society Practitioner of the Year award. Initially, for his client work in global leadership development and then for his client work in global assessment and selection.

Stuart wrote and edited the iLEAD Tools. This is a series of three books focusing on how to develop People, Task, and Thought Leadership skills. iLEAD Tools was voted by the Chartered Management Institute as the Leadership and Management Textbook of the Year.
He is an editor for the business psychology journal Assessment and Development Matters and regularly contributes articles and comments to national press titles including the BBC, Business Week, The Guardian, Sunday Times and The Telegraph.
Stuart also co-wrote a series of articles in Cognitive Science on the Constraints of Analogical Mapping: A Comparison of Three Models.
