Many organizations are increasingly recognizing historical racism and whilst addressing this is crucial for various reasons, it’s even more vital to tackle the everyday racism experienced by ethnic minority groups today. For example, nearly half of black office workers surveyed have encountered racism at work, with many reporting negative impacts on their mental health and well-being.
