Working with Jas

“Thanks to Jas’s coaching, I feel much clearer about where I want to go, what matters most to me, and how I can achieve my goals. That clarity has been immensely reassuring and settling during a period of transition. I would highly recommend Jas to anyone seeking a coach who combines genuine empathy, active listening, and the ability to help people think more deeply about themselves and their future.”

– Fola A.

“I recently worked with Jas on an active bystander training programme in our organisation. I found him to be highly knowledgeable, adaptable, and it was a pleasure to work with him on this project. He was responsive and took the time to fully understand our needs, ensuring an effective and seamless collaboration throughout. Jas is clearly an expert in his field, with an evidence-led approach that inspired confidence. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Pearn Kandola again.”

– Kate G.

“I’ve really enjoyed working with Jas since the start of the year and have found his coaching genuinely valuable. He has helped me think more clearly about how I communicate, especially with senior stakeholders. I now focus much more on what matters most, what it means, and what action is needed. That shift has made a real difference in how I approach conversations and decision making.

Jas also creates the right space for honest reflection. He has supported me to navigate ambiguity with more confidence and to be more deliberate in how I lead and support my team. His tone and approach are well balanced, offering both challenge and support in a way that feels constructive and practical.

Overall, the impact has been clear in both my day-to-day leadership and how I show up more broadly. I would definitely recommend working with him.”
