About Jas Kandola

Jas holds a degree in Natural Sciences from Durham University and a Masters in Southeast Asian Studies from the National University of Singapore. He is a graduate member of the British Psychological Society (MBPsS) and a former fellow of the Royal Anthropological Institute.
Jas delivers consultancy work for our clients and is also part of the PK research team. He has delivered on various types of D&I projects (e.g. audit, unconscious bias training, inclusive leadership, micro-incivilities), across a range of different clients. His main areas of interest within research are ethical leadership, family business and ethnographic methods.
