Louise Weston is a Partner and Head of People at Pearn Kandola. Louise has been with Pearn Kandola since 2006 and has over 20 years of experience as a Psychologist.
She is a Chartered Psychologist who specialises in Leadership Development and Coaching, and Diversity and Inclusion. Louise is also an Associate Fellow of the BPS and a member Special Group in Coaching Psychology. She holds a Masters degree in Occupational Psychology from the Institute of Work Psychology at the University of Sheffield, a Professional Development Certificate in Executive Coaching from The Institute of Coaching and Consulting Psychology, and a certificate in Coaching Psychology from the Centre for Coaching, London.
The majority of Louise’s work involves supporting clients in delivering their objectives around the intersections of diversity, inclusion, and leadership development. She leads projects such as the bespoke design and delivery of leadership development and talent management programmes, unconscious bias and inclusive leadership workshops, and diversity audits and reviews. Louise also works one-to-one with leaders to coach and support them in delivering their goals and has helped clients across a number of sectors including pharmaceutical, finance, media, legal and sport.
In addition, Louise oversees the people at Pearn Kandola, ensuring that the internal culture is inclusive, fair, and a place where people can thrive.
