Charlie is a Business Psychologist specialising in diversity, and in particular, neurodiversity and intersectionality. She helps organisations develop awareness and champion their staff through consultancy, training, development, and diagnostic & workplace needs assessment. She advises on systemic inclusion and managing the work environment through universal design. She is regularly asked to appear as a guest speaker at conferences and on webinars.
Charlie is currently completing a Professional Doctorate, researching into diversity and inclusion, and is part of the neurodiversity research centre at Birkbeck, University of London. She has a degree in Sociology with Psychology from Glasgow University and a Masters degree in Occupational Psychology from Birkbeck.
She is a member of the BPS Division of Occupational Psychology, Special Group in Coaching, and holds Level A and B certificates of competence in Occupational Testing. Charlie has extensive experience of using psychometric tools for cognitive profiling and empowering individuals to truly understand their strengths and have a better understanding of their needs.
