Angela is an experienced and versatile learning and development professional, and a specialist in diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Her main areas of focus are inclusive leadership, unconscious bias, managing and promoting respectful cultures, dignity at work, reverse mentoring, and diversity-confident recruitment. She has a multi-sector portfolio that includes professional and financial services; local and central government; the arts; higher education; charities and not-for-profit; television, the national press and publishing. She has worked both nationally and internationally, working with multiple stakeholders and across professional boundaries. She is also an accredited coach and a qualified user of psychometric assessments.
