About Liliana

Liliana is an experienced and energetic trainer and facilitator specialising in presentation skills, personal impact, leadership, management, communication skills and personal effectiveness.

After gaining experience in the business field in the sectors of HR and PR in senior management roles, Liliana has designed, developed and delivered training programmes that dissolve some of the real life challenges that her clients face, in a targeted and results-orientated way.
Liliana uses her 18 years of experience to reassure delegates and build a comfortable environment in which they can thrive and develop in areas they find challenging, allowing for development that sticks. Her experience of working in several countries including the United States, Canada, Venezuela, Sweden, Denmark, Germany and Portugal, allows her to easily communicate cross-culturally.

Her delivery style tends to be vibrant and structured, with a lot of insight and meaningfulness. She has delivered and coordinated training programs in over a dozen different countries, in organizations such as Novartis, Kraft, Caterpillar, Nissan, DELL, PepsiCo, Lego, Whirlpool, Unilever and the UN.

Liliana Cantú has a Masters Degree in Communication with an emphasis on Intercultural Communication. She also holds the Intercultural Foundations Certificate awarded by the Intercultural Communication Institute. She delivers training in English and Spanish.
