About Maria
Maria is an exceptional trainer, facilitator and coach, bringing a wealth of experience and passion to every session. Having delivered everything under the umbrella of soft skills her specific areas of expertise are communication skills and resilience which lend themselves well to Diversity & Inclusion interventions. She has delivered Unconscious Bias Training, Leadership and employee-programmes to major clients in varying industries including BAE Systems, Zurich Insurance, Astra Zeneca, Thames Water, Sainsbury’s as well as Marketing agencies in the private sector, the NHS and different councils in the public sector and some charities including CAF; all face-to-face and via virtual platforms in the form of webinars and remote coaching.
She delivers high-impact, energetic sessions that are highly engaging and has a very personable style that blends skilful challenging with empathy and fun.
Maria works with delegates at every level – from apprentices through to senior managers and C-board level Executives.
She has delivered programmes internationally, in multiple languages (English, Spanish and German) and is an expert at facilitating in intercultural contexts.
