Skye is well-versed in conducting executive assessments for both selection and development, leveraging multiple sources of data to gain insights to the client’s fit and potential. She has assessed individuals across the talent pipeline, including senior executives, managers, and high potentials. As an energetic facilitator, Skye conducts live and virtual programmes for corporate clients from diverse sectors and organisational levels.
