Louise is an experienced practitioner specialising in diversity and inclusion, leadership development and coaching. She works with public and private sector organisations leading the design and delivery of a wide range of projects including; one to one coaching, leadership development and talent management programmes, unconscious bias and inclusive leadership workshops and diversity audits and reviews. She has most recently worked with organisations including Hargreaves Lansdown, WPP, Kingfisher, Janssen, Pfizer and Sport England. Louise works with individuals across organisations up to Executive and Board level.

Louise regularly speaks at both external and internal conferences, and has presented at conferences including the BPS Occupational Psychology Conference , BPS Coaching Psychology conferences, UK Sport – World Class Performance conference, BVCA women in private equity and venture capital forum as well as more recently delivering the key note address at the 2017 ICMA Women’s network event.
Louise has a passion for coaching and heads up Pearn Kandola’s coaching work. She is a member of the BPS Special Group in Coaching Psychology holds a Professional Development Certificate in Executive Coaching from The Institute of Coaching and Consulting Psychology, and a certificate in Coaching Psychology from the Centre for Coaching, London.
